As a Digital Banking Business Systems Analyst (BSA), you will play a key role in transforming and enhancing our digital banking platforms and services. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across business, technology, and user experience teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and drive the successful implementation of digital initiatives. Your primary focus will be on leveraging technology to enhance customer experience, optimize processes, and drive innovation in the digital banking landscape.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Partner with product owners and development teams to define and prioritize features and enhancements for digital banking platforms and applications.
Assess existing systems and processes to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement. Recommend and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure that digital products and services deliver intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
Validate design decisions based on user research, feedback, and usability testing.
Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to extract insights and trends that inform business decisions and product enhancements.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
Manage the ongoing Salesforce projects and planning for execution.
Connect with the team of developers for discussion on the technical matters of the Salesforce software
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital banking.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Strong understanding of digital banking platforms, technologies, and trends (e.g., core banking systems, mobile banking, digital payments, fintech solutions, AI/ML).
Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role within the financial services industry, with a focus on digital banking.
Experience with digital transformation initiatives and innovative digital banking solutions.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) for project management and software development
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
Basic understanding of the Salesforce platform and experience working with a team on Salesforce projects a plus
