We are currently seeking candidates for - Sr Change Management Consultant - 1 open.  This is going to be a Hybrid Onsite position in Charlotte, NC so candidates need to be currently local to the Charlotte, NC area or willing to relocate to be onsite from day one.

Contract: Hybrid Onsite | Charlotte, NC
Duration: 1 year contract with likely long term extension or possible Contract to Hire
Interview Process: 2 to 3 rounds, via MS Teams


This is NOT a traditional Change Management role. We are looking for someone who can operate within Acquisition & Integration (A&M) efforts inside the Information Security organization and help organize, align, and drive execution across teams.

Top Priority Requirements (from Hiring Manager):
• Direct experience supporting M&A / Acquisition & Integration (A&M) initiatives

• Experience working within Information Security / IT environments (highly preferred)
• Strong ability to work with Program/Project Managers and identify + manage stakeholders
• Must be able to understand technical initiatives and present them clearly to stakeholders
• Someone who can step in and hit the ground running immediately
• This person needs to be an organizer and driver of work across A&M teams, not just a change/comms resource
What we actually need:
• Experience supporting technology/system integrations tied to acquisitions
• Ability to assess impacts and help drive execution + alignment across teams
• Strong communication skills, especially with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly visible environment
Nice to have:
• Background supporting security-related initiatives
• Familiarity with structured environments (PMO, program governance)
Disqualifiers (do NOT submit):
• Pure Change Management / Communications / Training backgrounds
• Candidates who only build decks or training materials without execution ownership
• No experience with technology or system-related initiatives
• No exposure to M&A / acquisition integration work
• Candidates who cannot operate independently or need ramp-up time
Tools/Environment:
• PMO tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.)
• Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
Bottom line: we need someone who can plug into A&M + InfoSec initiatives, organize stakeholders, understand technical workstreams, and drive execution immediately.

Duration is Longterm Contract                       

Location: Must live in Florida and be available to work in Tallahassee, Florida if required.

Deliverables / Tasks: The Web Applications Programmer key deliverables include, but are not limited to, the following:

·       Understanding the project requirements and project goals and using that understanding to produce deliverables.

·       Working with Business Analysts to create and/or update project, technical, and training materials as needed.

·       Actively participate in meetings or other project activities to produce project deliverables.

·       Communicating accomplishments to BA to produce weekly status reports that outline accomplishments and planned activities for the following week.

·       Communicating project progress and information to key stakeholders.

·       Assisting in the preparation of information for the program leadership team, executive steering committee, and Project Manager as appropriate.

·       Ensuring technical direction and standards for infrastructure and software applications are being followed.

·       Understanding strategic project direction and tactical goals and effectively participating in the development and implementation of business solutions.

·       Assisting both internal and external resources to achieve business solutions within project guidelines.

·       Identifying and eliminating obstacles to solution plans, business goals or implementation. Assist in the development and implementation of contingency plans.

·       Participating in conference calls with state and federal stakeholders, as necessary.

·       Researching and maintaining knowledge in emerging technologies and possible application to the project/program.
