Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IVR & Cyara Automation Tester to validate and ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) applications and contact center solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Cyara testing tools, test automation, IVR call flow validation, and end-to-end customer journey testing across voice and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Cyara platforms.
  • Validate IVR call flows, speech recognition, DTMF inputs, routing logic, prompts, and backend integrations.
  • Perform functional, regression, smoke, system integration, and end-to-end testing for contact center applications.
  • Create and manage test scenarios, test cases, and test data for IVR and customer experience testing.
  • Execute automated and scheduled test runs to ensure application stability after deployments.
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development, business, and operations teams for resolution.
  • Validate integrations between IVR systems, CRM applications, databases, APIs, and telephony platforms.
  • Monitor test execution reports and provide quality metrics to stakeholders.
  • Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a testability perspective.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production validation activities.
  • Ensure compliance with testing standards, processes, and best practices
