Location:  During the contract period, the role can be performed remotely from anywhere within the U.S. However, upon conversion to a full-time position with Client, you must reside and work from one of the following states: Washington (not Washington, DC), Oregon, Idaho, Texas, South Carolina, Georgia, or Arizona. Job Description:  

  • This is a high-impact opportunity to help drive a mission-critical transformation at BECU. You will play a key role in modernizing core financial systems.
  • This role is essential to the program’s success and requires someone who can bring structure, leadership, and foresight to a complex enterprise ERP migration. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience leading similar transformations and can anticipate challenges across systems, integrations, and data flows.
  • Bring structure and clarity to project execution, including:
    • Work breakdown and sequencing
    • Risk identification and mitigation strategies
    • Governance and decision frameworks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, infrastructure, business stakeholders, and vendors Mentor and guide engineers and analysts, elevating team capability and delivery maturity.  Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices

Analyze and document upstream and downstream system impacts, including integrations and dependencies.

 

 

Must have strong experience with Data Migration Planning and Execution in large-scale Environments

Must have excellent hands-on leadership in planning and executing ERP transformation initiatives.

 

 

Must have excellent communication skills

 

 

Identify potential pitfalls early and recommend practical solutions based on prior experience.

 

 

Prefer Experience working in a Microsoft/Azure environment- Azure Data Factory (ADF) or modern cloud-based data integration tools.

 

 

Prefer Experience working in SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)

 

 

Prefer Experience modernizing data pipelines from legacy ETL tools to cloud-native solutions.

 

 

Prefer Experience in Finance or Regulated Industries.

You will be responsible for creating high-performance APIs, integrating advanced AI agent logic, and ensuring our infrastructure remains rock-solid as we scale. If you enjoy solving complex architectural puzzles and want to work at the intersection of traditional backend engineering and AI

 

Core Responsibilities

•           Scalable API Development: Design, build, and maintain robust, high-throughput APIs (FastAPI, Django, or Flask) capable of handling millions of requests.

•           Agent Logic Integration: Architect the backend systems that power our AI agents, managing long-running tasks, state persistence, and seamless communication between LLMs and our core services.

•           Authentication & Security: Implement and manage secure identity protocols (OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect) to protect user data and internal endpoints.

•           Routing & Orchestration: Design efficient request routing and service communication patterns using tools like API Gateways, or Service Meshes.

 

Required Technical Skills

•           Language: Expert-level proficiency in Python (3.10+ preferred).

•           Frameworks: Deep experience with FastAPI, Django

Project Duration:      May 2026 through June 2026 with likely extensions. The initial term of this contract will be for three (3) years, from the initial date at which the contract is executed.

Responsibilities: The Applications Development Analyst (Intermediate) will be responsible for the following:

  • Assists in the definition, development, and documentation of the business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications needed to develop new software programs and applications,
  • Writes, translates, and codes, software programs, and applications according to required specifications,
  • Writes programming scripts to enhance functionality and/or performance of existing APD applications as necessary,
