Location: Reading, PA, or Tampa FL- Hybrid  2 to 3 days a week onsite-locals or nearby only

• Process Improvement / Process Optimization Experience
• Experience Gathering Business Requirements
• Strong Business-Facing Communication Skills
• Ability to Explain Technical Concepts to Non-Technical Stakeholders
• Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate, or Similar Automation Platforms
• Experience Managing Projects from Requirements Through Production
• Strong Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving Skills
• Ability to Articulate Business Impact and Project Outcomes

• Automation Anywhere
• Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
• Business Process Analysis
• SQL
• API Integrations
• Document Automation
• AI-Enabled Automation Solutions
• Agile / Kanban Environment Experience
