Location: Reading, PA, or Tampa FL- Hybrid 2 to 3 days a week onsite-locals or nearby only

* Process Improvement / Process Optimization Experience
* Experience Gathering Business Requirements
* Strong Business-Facing Communication Skills
* Ability to Explain Technical Concepts to Non-Technical Stakeholders
* Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate, or Similar Automation Platforms
* Experience Managing Projects from Requirements Through Production
* Strong Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving Skills
* Ability to Articulate Business Impact and Project Outcomes

* Automation Anywhere
* Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
* Business Process Analysis
* SQL
* API Integrations
* Document Automation
* AI-Enabled Automation Solutions
* Agile / Kanban Environment Experience
