JOB DESCRIPTION:           

The Mobile / Portal Engineer will design and build the Skylark Digital Experience layer, enabling portal and mobile access for external personas (PetParents, partners, vets, third parties) via a unified, multi-brand digital platform.

 

The role will focus on delivering:

• Portal experiences (B2C / B2B / white-label)
• Mobile-enabled journeys (web/mobile hybrid or native wrapper)
• Seamless integration with Customer 360, orchestration, and enterprise services
• This is a hands-on engineering role critical to Skylark mobilization, ensuring rapid delivery of digital touchpoints aligned with the overall platform architecture

 

·  Experience building:

    Enterprise portals (B2C / B2B / marketplace / partner portals)

    White-label or multi-brand platforms

 

·  Familiarity with:

    CMS platforms and content-driven architectures

    Identity platforms (Azure AD B2C or equivalent)

 

·  Exposure to:

    Conversational UI / AI-assisted experiences

    CDP-driven personalization
