Duties and responsibilities for this position include:

Required:

This position will have primary responsibility for managing the Cúram application schema, design, and extensions within the database, in development, test and production environments. Position will provide database technical support, tuning, application administration and consulting. In addition to Cúram application database support, the individual will provide support for Oracle, Oracle Dataguard, and Oracle Enterprise suite in an AIX environment.

 

Duties include working with developers to identify and refine data requirements, database design, database migration planning, configuration, performing backup and recovery, monitoring database performance, and reorganizing database structures as needed. Creation and modification of test and production data, base schemas, and a primary role in the creation of database migration plans will also be required. The position will also be involved in development of procedures for effective database use and must ensure standards are met.

Required:
