Project Overview:

 

Client is looking to fill a position for Onshore Lead for the support and development of Nuance and/or Avaya IVR technology. The team will be located offshore and the Lead will be located in Philadelphia, PA.

 

Job Duties:

Software development

Object Oriented design

IVR and voice applications development in Genesys GVP Studio

Utilize web technologies

Analysis and problem-solving

Utilize application development lifecycle methodologies

 

Mandatory Qualifications:

5+ years Nuance or Avaya

5+ years Software development

3+ years Voice/IVR technology VoiceXML, ASR, TTS

3+ years XML and XSLT

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Understanding of relational database systems

Strong relational database skills: Oracle

Windows and UNIX environments 

 

Desired Qualifications:

5 years Team leader

5 years On/Offshore team

Datapower XML Appliance and MQ Series
