Sr. SQL DBA (Minimum 8+ Years)

Requirements:
· Experienced Database administrator with at least 8+ years experience configuring and supporting SQL and 2+ years in Oracle databases, running on Wintel and UNIX/Linux platforms.
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.
· Advanced knowledge of physical data modeling, performance tuning, backup/recovery, and SQL Server data security.
· Advanced capabilities in developing complex stored procedures and triggers.
· Develop scripts to support DBA functions for Microsoft SQL databases.
· Knowledge of how databases interact with front-end web solutions.
· Knowledge of data mirroring and replication methods.
· BS in programming/systems, information technology, computer science or equivalent experience
· Specialized Microsoft SQL Server training certification preferred.
· Minimum of 5 years of strong production DBA experience with Microsoft SQL Server including design, development, testing, mplementation, maintenance and administration.
· Proficiency in Windows and Linux environments, including scripting.
