Job Description:

People soft Developer

6-9 months

We are in dire need of better developer resources than we are seeing and getting. After picking the best of the resumes we have seen, we've discovered that the talent we've been offered is subpar at best. We're seeing struggles ranging from bad coding practices, inability to learn and adapt to how we want the work done, all the way to seeing significant differences in experience and knowledge from what were represented to us in the interview process.

What we are really looking for are some true superstars of the PeopleSoft world. Technicians who can work at the highest level in PeopleSoft, with significant expertise in all of the components and tools that are part of that. We want to see nothing but the highest quality people out there, and are willing to be flexible on rate (I am not giving a cap, but let's be reasonable). We offer a great work environment and tremendous experience in the best PeopleSoft shop in the US on an upgrade effort to the very latest version of the application. Once we on-board the right resource, we would plan to use them through the end of our upgrade (5/26/14), and also for work after that as well. I can tell you that people who have Wells experience are prized across the industry, and tend to be on our short list when we do have needs on a frequent basis.

Our upgrade is at a critical juncture, and we simply need the best of the best to ensure we succeed – and we need them quickly.

• Prior assignments of some length – when we get resumes full of 60-90 day assignments over a long period, that's a red flag

• Assignments with companies recognized as strong in the PeopleSoft industry

• Real, demonstrable experience and strong knowledge in PeopleSoft HCM and the specific parts I listed above

• Don't send me people I've declined before – we hired the best of the candidates that were offered previously, and it's not good enough.

• We would like to see reasonable rates, but I'm not going to cap them – we'll ignore unreasonable offers, of course – but we want the focus to be on quality.

Priorities:

• Strong, real experience with the elements of PeopleSoft that are most important to us:

• App Packages

• Integration Broker

• Component Interfaces

• SQR

• DB2 (IBM mainframe)

• Experience in one or more of the HCM modules – benefits, eRecruit, payroll, Core HR

• Ability to very quickly adapt to the "Wells Fargo way" on how we want our technical work done – using advanced, industry standard practices
