Duties/Responsibilities


  • (Success Factors System Integrator/Analyst  The Success Factors integrator shall lead the planning and
  • execution of a new performance management system implementation which includes business process design, system configuration and implementation, training, documentation and support.
  • Analyze the existing performance management system and identify any deficiencies against industry best practices. Provide recommendations for both short and long term changes and opportunities for improvement.
  • Document current business processes and perform a fit-gap analysis in order to develop the to-be state in order to bring about a higher level of efficiency.
  • Identify what business process improvements, if any, can be implemented while still meeting the project timeline objectives.
  • Work with various levels of stakeholders to perform a process review; conduct focus groups with management and executive leadership to obtain their input.
  • Build the platform, including set up of role based permissions and SSO.
  • Configure/develop and implement the goal plan template/s, Compensation Form templates, Performance Review templates, etc. based on business needs.
  • Deliver comprehensive training and training materials customized to match our company-specific configuration and processes.
  •     Develop and deliver a project plan and provide weekly status updates.

 

 

Selection Criteria

 

  • 4+ years of HCM software development and integration experience.
  • At least 3 successful implementations of SuccessFactors, to include the Performance Management and Compensation components.
  • Possess expert level HCM generalist knowledge and skills.
  • Experience developing and maintaining applications software, database packages, utility programs and other complex system software requirements.
  • Ability to analyze systems requirements and design specifications and translate detailed systems designs into executable solution.
  • Ability to prepare required documentation, including project plans, training materials, and software documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills required; Ability to effectively communicate to a diverse audience, including business stakeholders, technical team, and management.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or relevant field.
