Position:- Websphere Portal Admin 
Location:- Irving, TX
Duration:- 6 Months 

Job Description:

• Plan, install, and maintain systems software to ensure an efficient data processing environment.

• Provide technical support to both systems development and data center operations personnel.

• In conjunction with data processing operations and audit guidelines, develop procedures and standards for operations personnel.

• Assist in evaluating, recommending, acquiring, and installing new software or software upgrades.

• Keep current on software developments.

• Ensure compliance to Citigroup Information Technology Management Policies (CITMP) and Standards.

• Participate in deployment of systems software and adapt new products with minimum supervision to the operating environment.

Key Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in engineering and has good knowledge of Unix operating systems lile AIX/Linux/Sun.

• Thorough admin skills on products like WebSphere Portal/Application Server, Iplanet, Weblogic and IBM http Server.

• 5-6 years of experience in above mentioned products.

• Sound expertise on problem troubleshooting skills.

• Able to work in shift/rotation.

• Good knowledge of any Web Scriptings like JYTHON/PERL/WSADMIN

• Good knowledge of Shell Scripting

• Implementation of Wily monitoring Tool.

• Implementation of WebSphere Portal.

• Implementation of Datastage.

• Implementation of IBm Http Server.

• Implementation of Websphere application server.
