Title: BA with Sitecore

Location: Columbus OH

Rate: DOE

Position Description:

BSA for Digital Channels portfolio projects

Roles & Responsibilities:

Experienced Business Analyst who will collaborate with IT, Operations, and Lines of Business to facilitate and define the scope and business requirements.  Participates in quality assurance testing and the rollout of new functionality as needed.  Manages the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) process to ensure that the delivered functionality meets the needs of the business area's goals and objectives.  Understands and adheres to the principals of the Software Development Life Cycle.

Candidate must be highly analytical with strong attention to detail.  Other skills required include:  excellent verbal and written communication skills, superior listening skills, experience working with vendors, and working knowledge of Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.

Administrative Requirements:

• Business Systems Analyst; 7 – 10 years of experience

Program/Project Management and Administration:

• MS-Word; 3+ years
• MS-PowerPoint; 3+ years
• MS-Excel; 3+ years

Other Minimum Requirements:
