Duties & Responsibilites :	Project Information: Responsible for 4 product lines – this project is on LMS (Learning management system). Customers buy it and take training and certifications they need. Can be from a corporate level or real life certifications. Product performs record and scorekeeping. Keeps track of all necessary data, so customers can demonstrate it has occurred. Courseware is done by customers or purchased by 3rd parties. Standard uses SCORM, because of a lot of 3rd party, can author courseware to work in system like his. Courseware speaks to Java applet and that speaks to back-end. Moving away from Java applet, required that customers have Java and want to get away from in. This is a porting project. POJO situations in Java, porting everything to JavaScript. Challenge is that. Applet came in through an application and no one is an expert. Must Have: • JavaScript (OOJS preferred) • Object-Oriented Programming • Angular or JQuery (he needs one of these frameworks/libraries, not others) • JavaScript unit testing (ex. Jasmine or Karma) preferred, but he will consider candidates without • Java • Consuming RESTful WebServices • JSON • DOM
