Job Title: Cisco Voice Engineer
Duration: 5+ months
Location: Phoenix, AZ, US
This position is for a Cisco Network Support Analyst who will be supporting Data, Voice and Contact Center Networks. We are looking for someone with very strong Contact Center (UCCE) skills to provide Incident Management & Problem Resolution to user reported problems. This position will be 1st shift (7:00am to 3:15 am May include a weekend day) in Phoenix with 4 to 6 weeks of training required in Bloomington, Il., possible.
- Cisco Customer Voice Portal (CVP)
- Installation experience
- Application Configuration Support Knowledge
- Infrastructure troubleshooting
- Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) experience
- Experience with Multiple instances of UCCE using ICM to ICM gateways
- Knowledge of adjunct connectivity
- CTIOS troubleshooting server side
- TCP/IP networking fundamentals
- Understand ITIL Principles (Service Management)
- Experience with moving from Avaya to Cisco would be helpful
- Self Directed, Team player, Ability to work with both technical and non-technical people
