We have the requirement below with our direct client for a Sr T-SQL Lead

 

Position: Sr T-SQL Lead 

(prefer GC/EAD/ Citizen) 

Location: Buffalo NY 

Experience: 15+ years

• 15+ years of experience. Expert level SQL developer capable of designing/coding/supporting very complex TSQL
• Must be able to read/interpret/improve TSQL query plans without the use of any tools other than MS SQL Server Management studio.
• Must be familiar with database tuning using various methods of investigation including SQL Server Profiler and TSQL queries
• Must be well versed in how to write highly performant TSQL; must understand how the SQL Server optimizer works under various circumstances, and be able to speak to avariety of performance enhancing techniques.
• Experience developing requirements, designing, developing, building, and analyzing database management systems to include database modeling and design, relational database architecture, metadata and repository creation, database performance optimization and configuration management
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, ability to apply SQL creatively to a wide variety of business requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and work independently, effectively and efficiently under pressure
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to remain flexible in a demanding work environment and adapt to rapidly changing priorities
• Excellent written verbal communication skills
