Title: UI Developer
LOCATION: Ann Arbor, MI
Duration: Long Term Contract
MUST HAVES:
· Comm skills should be very good; energetic
· ADVANCED JavaScript skills
· Have they built front end apps from scratch?
· Are they strong with advanced JavaScript functions?
· ADVANCED CSS/HTML
NOTES ON THE POSITION:
"UI" is misleading. No Design, no usability principles are that important. We have never had feedback that a candidate was weak with "User Interface" principles, standards, information architecture.
The interview process will involve technical questions surrounding JavaScript, HTML, CSS. This is very much, a front end application developer role. They will further be given exercises (JavaSCript) to program in their final round. Programmers will need to be able to explain WHY they are doing what they are doing.
