General Summary

The Full Stack Developer is responsible for developing complex custom software UI to support Marsh business requirements. They are required to have proficiency and knowledge in tools that are relevant to that project and have extensive knowledge on industry standards and design patterns and are comfortable to work with Low-Code/No-Code platform. Frontend developer are required to implement UI changes using Low-Code/No-Code platform and open source front end technology for applications.

Essential Functions

• Application development of key insurance systems on new technical stack. Focus on quality code, automation and good practices.

• Proactively contribute to our system architecture and stack design, toolset, agile and DevOps approach

• Collaborate closely with Agile Dev team members, Product Owners and business users to deliver business value

• Design, develop and test software solutions and review code quality

• Automate build, test (unit, functional and performance) and deployment of the code part of the CI/CD pipeline by working closely with Platform Engineer

• Responsible for complex application design and development using various software technologies

• Participate in technical design and review along with Senior Technical Specialist
