Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience with Oracle EBS Financials with 1-2 full life cycle implementations experience.
• Strong experience with Oracle EBS R12.2.X and/or Fusion Financial functional experience on GL Accounting, AP, AR, Standard Costing, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash and Workflows/AME.
• Should have demonstrated ability to setup and support Oracle EBS Financial modules, with experience handling Implementations, Upgrades, Roll outs and Systems Integration assignments for North American operations.
• Possess business acumen with an in depth understanding of Record to Report, Order to Cash, and Procure to Pay business process flows.
• Analyze Data flow on Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Manufacturing Modules.
• Experienced with OIC integration developments and the ability to work with non-Oracle EBS applications. Analyze OIC integrations for improvement and redesign existing OIC integrations as needed.
• Design and Develop applications with SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow & AME, Forms, Reports, Java, XML/BI Publisher, OAF, Reports Wand (Optional) and ECC.
• Should have experience in preparing the key implementation documents viz, Setup Documents (BR100), Functional Test Scripts (TE40), Conversion Spec (CV40) and Functional Design (MD50) as per Oracle AIM standards.
• Ability to write queries for issue resolution is helpful.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have the ability to communicate with end users and senior management.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts in a way that is understandable to non-technical stakeholders.
• Should be able to identify the gaps between business requirements and standard Oracle functionality and develop both long-term sustainable solutions and quick tactical solutions.
• Solutions should be simple and effective with minimal customizations.
• Ability to quickly understand complex requirements and their impact on existing solutions and guide team members on potential solutions.
• Should be aware of how inbound and outbound interfaces are designed, developed, tested and deployed.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing subject matter expertise on three or more Oracle EBS modules including Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Costing, Cash Management, AME's and Purchasing.
• Provide direction for improving functional processes using application's core functionality.
• Responsible for analyzing and resolving functional and technical problems in supported applications for the Business teams on Projects and Day-To-Day support.
• Responsible for the design development and testing of reports interfaces, data conversions, enhancements and Integrations using Oracle tools.
• Support integrations with other EBS modules, and with third-party or custom developed extensions which are included from cloud technologies.
• Work closely with Financial/Accounting, IT, and consulting partner teams.
• Manage cross-functional project teams and ensure quality delivery.
• Provide cost and time estimations and plan and track project activities.
