Job Description:

 

Seeking an experienced Oracle Functional HCM Cloud Consultant to support the implementation and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud modules. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge across key HCM Cloud modules and a strong ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Lead or support the implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud modules including (but not limited to):

Core HR Expertise needed

Absence Management

Payroll

Talent Management

Benefits

Compensation

Conduct workshops to gather and document business requirements and translate them into system configurations.

Provide functional expertise and guidance on Oracle HCM Cloud best practices.

Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and data conversions.

Participate in testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and support defect resolution.

Assist with change management, end-user training, and documentation.

Act as a liaison between business and IT teams to ensure smooth delivery.

 

Qualifications:

 

8+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (at least 2 end-to-end implementations preferred).

Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices.

Hands-on experience with configuration and support of multiple HCM Cloud modules.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Oracle Cloud Certification(s) in HCM modules a plus.
