AWS Data Engineer – Databricks

Location: Dallas, TX (3 Days Onsite) | Duration: 12+ Months Contract | Experience: 8+ Years
Seeking an experienced AWS Data Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Databricks, PySpark, Python, AWS, ETL, and SQL.

Must Have:

·         8+ years of Data Engineering experience.

·         Databricks is mandatory – hands-on experience with PySpark, Delta Lake, Databricks Workflows/Jobs, and Lakehouse architecture.

·         Strong experience with AWS S3, Glue, Redshift, and Lambda.

·         Expertise in ETL/ELT, SQL, Data Warehousing, and Data Modeling.

·         Experience building and optimizing scalable data pipelines.

 ETL Data Engineer – Azure

Location: Chicago, IL | Work Mode: 5 days Onsite

Mandatory Skills

• Advanced SQL with strong OLTP & OLAP database knowledge
• SQL performance tuning with large datasets
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) Pipelines
• PowerShell or Unix/Linux scripting
• Experience with Unit/Integration Testing and Data Validation
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with IT teams

Good to Have

• Azure DevOps / GitHub / Git
• CI/CD experience
• Pentaho Data Integration (PDI/Kettle) – strong advantage
• Azure SQL / SQL Server / Synapse experience
