In-depth knowledge of the feature set and product capabilities for the following products:

• Microsoft Dynamics CRM (2011)
• Microsoft SharePoint (2010 and 2013)

DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Past experience implementing a Microsoft Dynamics and/or SharePoint-based system involving workflow management, document management, and reporting – preferably in the public sector (NYC or similar municipal, state or federal government agency)
