Position Title: Front End Java Developers /w Guidewire
Location: Bay Area, CA
Duration: Long Term Contract
MAX RATE :$50/hr on C2C

 

We have 2 immediate contracting positions opened in for the Quote and Bind project located in Brea,CA.  The project uses the latest GuideWire Edge framework which allows the consumer-facing application (Quote and Bind) to interface with GuideWire PolicyCenter to provide online quotes and policy purchase.

 

Requirements for the position:
Must have strong front-end development experiences, e.g HTML, JQuery, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax
Should have Strong Java/J2EE/EE5 (JSP, Servlets,Spring JMS, JDBC etc) knowledge and experience
Should have worked on Application servers like Weblogic, Websphere, Tomcat  etc
Strong development knowledge in Webservices preferred
Good knowledge in Object Oriented concepts and understanding of design patterns (MVC, Gof, J2EE)
Good database knowledge (SQL/DB2 or Oracle)
Good understanding Java based technology and architecture concepts.
Excellent communication skills and should be a team player
Guidewire experience (in Policy center/Claims Center/Billing Center)
