SUMMARY

Responsible for the analysis, design, programming, maintenance and on-going support of reports created in OBIEE, MS Excel and Business Objects. Ensure optimal efficiency by monitoring work quality; delivering reports, statistics and recommendations for improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1-Modeling data and tables; creating and working with data dictionaries; scrubbing, standardizing and validating data; and using SQL  to query / mine data from enterprise-level data warehouses

2-Design and develop OBIEE user interface objects (e.g. reports, dashboards)

4-Maintains, reviews and analyzes data files, tables and reports for inconsistencies, troubles shoots data integrity issues and develops cleanup strategy if needed

5-Serves as support to the team for data research, document, spreadsheet and report compilation and design

6-Compiles or imports data from various databases, market lists or surveys into specialized software, databases or tools in order to generate reports to support various departments, with many instances leveraging VBA code to build the necessary report

7-Provides statistics, custom/ad hoc reports and research to the business leaders across various departments

8-Assist with beta testing new databases, queries or reporting tools.  Deconstruct current templates to understand the scripting within in order to provide continued support
