Job description:

Post migration support for both Novell/GroupWise migrations and AD/Exchange Migrations.

Troubleshooting User, Mail and Workstation issues and documentation for dissemination to Tier 2 support.

Whiteglove and VIP migrations using Quest migration Tools will be required along with follow up on failed migrations.

 Knowledge of: o NDS Migrator o Quest Migration Manager for AD/Exchange o Microsoft Exchange 2003/2010 o Novell e-Dir o AD Groups/Users o Groupwise and

GroupWise Web usage o Outlook and OWA usage o User Profile issues and how to resolve
