Job Description:
The skill sets needed are Java (Spring or Hibernate), JavaScript (JQuery), Responsive Design (Bootstrap) and mobile experience. Need to have excellent communication skills and mobility experience.
We are seeking an experienced professional in the IT business analysis area for to perform functional analysis and design activities for moderately complex IT solutions by eliciting, defining, validating and translating business objectives. Part of this effort will be a moderately complex R&D project, and the remaining time will be spent in assisting in other ongoing projects/enhancements for existing software systems. This candidate may work on an Agile team that supports systems and interfaces to multiple applications. The Requirements Analyst elicits requirements for enhancements to these applications. Validation of requirements often involves confirmation of how the application currently functions (this is not always known by the business areas, nor is there always supporting documentation to use as a starting point). Enhancement requests may involve functional changes to the application itself, but often times may involve modifications to the interfaces between multiple applications. After eliciting business requirements, the Requirements Analyst translates business and system needs into Solution Requirements for Designers, Developers and Testers to consume. Uses requirements elicitation, analysis, specification, verification and management techniques.
Required Skills:
•Ability to focus and re-focus at a moment's notice
•Ability to ensure that customer enhancement requests meet customer expectations.
•Ability to multi-task and manage multiple enhancements which may all be at different stages in the enhancement lifecycle
• Ability to understand and comply with audit points for the application and the enhancements process itself
•Ability to create screen mockups for solution design sessions
•Ability to set work priorities based on often-changing business area enhancement prioritizations
•Ability to be available to answer questions from the team about enhancements, assist in following up with business partners and/or facilitate design sessions with technical staff and business partners
•Ability to partner with other Requirement Analysts for impact to/from other standing & project teams
• Ability to effectively communicate with primary business stakeholders and all levels of management
•Ability to manage requirements volatility, integrity and continuity via change management and reprioritization
