We have an urgent requirement for the position of Head - Business Development and Inside Sales - US. Considering to hire a H1B / B1 visa candidate or someone who has and continues to travel to the US on business trips or eligible to travel for business meetings.

Role Description:

  • Lead the Inside Sales and Business Development
  • Recent experience selling into IT departments and enterprise software experience is a big plus. Significant experience with selling IT solutions and IT services is required.
  • Achieving revenue and profitability targets
  • Having a comprehensive channel strategy/multipoint lead generation and account mining.
  • Prospecting, qualifying, proposing, negotiating, and closing mid/large sized business deals.
  • Prospecting to establish new accounts and extending business in existing accounts.
  • Building credible and long lasting relationships with new prospects and existing customers for recurring business.
  • Setting customer expectations consistent with service offerings and delivery potential.
  • Developing a healthy pipeline of prospects and accurately forecasting business deals to be closed.
  • Maintaining contact and opportunity information completely and updating CRM system accurately in a timely manner.
  • Attending and representing the company at various business and industry meetings and trade shows.
  • Strong affinity to follow processes: CRM, Sales methodologies.
  • Proven track record of managing large accounts
  • Ability to create go-to-market strategies with marketing partners for his/her pitch.

 

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • A university degree in marketing or business studies is preferred.
  • An in-depth knowledge of the dynamics of the IT services industry.
  • Excellent presentation skills, confident and articulate.
  • Extensive experience of direct selling of IT solution services.
  • Successfully pursued business that supports the core skill sets of Cloud Computing, MS .NET, Java, MS SharePoint, Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle DBA, Oracle ERP, NetSuite, Salesforce and Testing.
  • Ability to convince, handle objections, and closing big-sized deals quickly.
  • Relevant C-level contacts in the US market.
  • Professional appearance and outstanding people skills are a must.
  • Must be both dynamic and proactive in sales approach and be extremely solution oriented.
  • Good overall Technology Sales experience (8-13 yrs.) Preferably IT solutions and services sales
  • Work Location: Vizag preferred. Will explore other options.
  • Travel to US is desired. Hence Valid visa (B-1/H1-B) is a plus.
  • May explore filing Visa for right candidate.

US Payroll & Accounting Executive

US Based IT solutions and services company is looking for an experienced finance/accounting person with degree in Finance/Accounting/MBA with at least 5 years of experience. Experience working in IT related environments is a must. Must have prior experience working with US based company required.

  • 5+ Years of experience in US Payroll & Accounting preferably with IT Staffing/Services Companies
  • Preparing US payroll based on the timesheets received from consultants and submitting the payroll with payroll provider
  • Experience working with payroll packages ADP or Paychex or one of the payroll provider.
  • Maintaining legal pay structure to employees in US on immigration/visa status.
  • Interacting with employees, helping them with payroll, taxes, deductions, pay stubs etc.
  • Generate and maintain financial & Cost reports.
  • Experience with Payroll taxes for multiple states.
  • State registrations and local city/county taxes
  • Invoicing to Clients and Vendors as per consultants timesheets using QuickBooks or other packages.
  • Maintaining Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables, aging analysis of Accounts Receivables using QuickBooks or other accounting packages.
  • Experience with Financial Reports, Management Reports, P&L at all levels etc.
  • Work with CPA firms to file quarterly/yearly taxes
  • Overall Commissions Calculations and payments - Sales/BDM, Recruiting etc
  • Reconciliation of Bank account.
  • Working with CPA for tax filings and other issues.
  • Taking care of consultants Health Insurance and Dental Insurance.
  • Sole responsibility of Accounts.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Candidates should have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ready to work in night shifts (EST time Zone) from Vizag office
  • Any B.com/M.com/MBA graduate with US Accounting, Quick books experience
