Position: Oracle DBA in SAP Platforms
Duration: 6 months
Location: Oak Brook
JD:
· Should have 8-10 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration in SAP platforms
· Installation of oracle 9i/10g/11g single instance and Multinode RAC
· Installation and Administration of Oracle Data guard on Oracle 9i/10g/11
· End-to-end Database administration in various Oracle RDBMS versions on both Production and Non-Production systems
· Experience in Database Design preferred but not mandatory
· Experience in managing Very large Database
· Administer Oracle Databases in archive log and no archive log modes
· Capacity planning
· Space Management at OS and Database level
· Proactive management of Archive logs
· Experience in Backup and Recovery including
o Design backup policy
o Create and Maintain Backup and Recovery procedures and Test restores as required
· Performance tuning
· Instance level and Database level tuning
· Deep Understanding of Capacity utilization
· Experience in ITIL process
