Scrum Master with Banking/Financial
Location : NJ (local candidates, as the candidate go to office from day 1)
Contract
Require Skills:
- 8-10 years of overall experience with 4-5 years Scrum Master.
- Own the delivery of the assigned scrum team.
- Previous experience working in Banking/Financial services are preferred.
- Manage each project's scope and timeline.
- Coordinate standard scrum ceremonies such as sprints planning, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks.
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
- Be the point of contact for most of the external communications.
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.
- Help teams implement changes effectively.
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity.
- Help build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it.
- Ability to manage project timeline, identify risks/issues, manage stakeholder expectations, and share project status updates with Management.
- Consistently challenges the IT and business teams to improve all aspects of their processes.
