NOTE:

 

We are seeking Guidewire Policy Center Config/Integrator to join our team in San Antonio, TX, this program is to modernize the legacy application into Guidewire. This role will directly work with business partners, Leads, Architect to come-up strategies, solutions, design and develop functionalities and business solutions in Guidewire platform, and provides input to aide in decision making. Collaborate with multiple teams to align with overall objective and roadmap of the program, breakdown the business capabilities into features, provide estimation, be part of all SAFE agile ceremonies , manage the teams, track the tasks to complete the planned development work. Contributes to and executes long and short-term strategic solutions."

 

Guidewire

Architect

Guidewire Policy Center (Certified Proffesionals) with Cloud experience •         Extensive experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter •         In-depth knowledge in coding standards, review process, branching and merging strategies, DevOps, and Guidewire best practices •         Extensive experience in o    Guidewire integration mechanisms o    Data model o    Rules o    Configurations o    Admin data management o    Performance monitoring and tuning •         Hands-on experience in Guidewire application configuration (clustering, database configurations) •         Extensive experience in o    SAFe Agile methodology o    End to end Guidewire implementation knowledge o    Estimation, planning, and development processes •         Communication skill and team coordination skills • Resolving mismatches in technical requirements through communication with guidewire • Communication to stakeholder groups around dependencies and timelines • Experience in insurance suites with GW • Experience in refining requirements with GW • Experience in any of the Public cloud • Good Technical understanding of various parts of GW Platform and interwork. • Awareness in compliance and regulatory requirements for GW Product onboarding • Awareness with Devops CICD Process • Experience in handling test data for creating tooling/masking PII or moving data from Test to Prod • Experience in resolving issues with Integration with other vendor products/monitoring and logging.

 

Guidewire	Intg/lead developer	•         Guidewire implementation experience and Guidewire technical certification •         Extensive experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter integration with external systems and tools. •         Identify gaps in the integration •         Teamcity/Bitbucket/qtest •         In-depth knowledge in coding standards, review process, branching and merging strategies, DevOps, and Guidewire best practices •         Extensive experience in o    Guidewire integration mechanisms o    Data model o    Rules o    Configurations o    Admin data management o    Performance monitoring and tuning
Guidewire	Cloud lead developer	• Guidewire and Cloud Development skills • Guidewire implementation experience and Guidewire technical certification • Extensive experience in Guidewire Policy Center and Claim Center integration with external systems and tools • In-depth knowledge in coding standards, review process, branching and merging strategies, DevOps, and Guidewire best practices • Hands on experience with AWS cloud networking including VPCs, Subnets, Security Groups, ACLs, Transit Gateways, ALB/NLB, Route53, ACM, API Gateway and related technologies • Understanding of networking processing, protocols, and standards - TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, HTTP • Hands on experience with security mechanisms including mTLS, x509, OpenID Connect, JWT/JWE, OAuth2, PEP/PDP, SAML, WS-Security, Basic Auth and ABAC/RBAC based policies • Experience with Open Trace, AWS Cloud Watch, DataDog, Prometheus, ELK, Grafana, Hystrix,, App Dynamics, NetCool and other tools to ensure the cloud is operating as expected • Hands on experience with continuous delivery (CD) tooling including Jenkins, GitLab and others • Hands on experience with Containers including tools like Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/ECR, and other related technologies and tools Responsibilities • Performance monitoring and tuning • Migrate legacy applications to AWS and private cloud
