 Key Skills: Life PRO and AWD Development

 

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology is required; or equivalent experience
2. Minimum of five to seven years of related work experience as a systems analyst, business analyst, programmer, etc.
3. Insurance industry experience is a must have
4. LifePRO Product development / support experience is highly desirable
5. Prior experience working with a large delivery team supporting and developing mission critical applications is required

Prior insurance domain experience preferred; must have waterfall project delivery experience with projects of 3-6 months in duration working with offshore teams.  S/he should have experience creating/managing a project schedule, driving a matrixed team of resources (onshore/offshore) to buy in to the schedule, meet pre-defined software quality expectations
