SAP Ariba Functional Analyst

Tax Work Location: USA-Issaquah-WA (Remote)

Location – Issaquah ,WA

Onsite Requirement - Y/N- No (Only PST Zone Candidates)

 

9+Yrs.

 

ROLE

• Analyzes and delivers complex cross-functional business requirements and process flows.

• Performs gap analysis between as-is and to-be processes and makes recommendations on areas for continual process improvement.

• Develops technical specifications by collaborating with technical and non-technical teams, translating functional designs into technical designs, validating macro designs and reviewing micro designs.

• Performs systems and data analysis to understand functional design requirements and determine how the system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes.

• Manages, defines, drives and executes as needed, the implementation of configurations across applications and interfaces.

• Acquires and maintains solid understanding of Procurement processes both strategic (i.e. supplier management, spend analytics, strategic sourcing, supplier onboarding, contracting) and tactical (i.e. MRP, requisitioning, purchase orders, receiving, invoicing and payment).

• Supports delivery of projects and enhancements. Clarifies requirements and performs supporting configuration as needed. Participates in and/or verifies solution design. Coaches business team on data activities and UAT.

 

REQUIRED

• 8+ years' SAP Ariba experience.

• Minimum of 5 years functional analysis or similar experience in the relevant area and commitment to applying appropriate skills and effort to meet deliverables.

• Excellent analytical skills and demonstrated ability to effectively troubleshoot and provide solutions.

• Demonstrated strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Past experience in an Agile environment.

• Able to work independently.

 

RECOMMENDED:

• Strong experience on SAP Ariba configuration and customization.

• Proficient in the use of the Google products: email, spreadsheet, document, presentation.

• Working knowledge of ServiceNow Portfolio & Program Management module, to aid the job duties

• Knowledge of PeopleSoft systems preferred.
