Title: Service Cloud AI Technical Consultant

Job Summary: Experienced Service Cloud AI Technical Consultant. Responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-powered solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud to enhance customer service experiences. Collaborate closely with technical and business teams to understand business requirements, develop customized AI solutions, and provide technical expertise throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Analysis: Analyze business requirements related to customer service processes and identify opportunities for AI integration.

2. Solution Design: Design end-to-end AI solutions leveraging Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities, including Einstein Bots, Einstein Case Classification, and Einstein Next Best Action, Voice Transcription

3. Customization and Configuration: Configure and customize Salesforce Service Cloud to implement AI-driven features, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and process automation.

4. AI Model Development: Develop and train machine learning models using Salesforce Einstein platform

5. Integration: Integrate AI-powered solutions with other in-scope systems and data sources.

6. Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of AI models and configurations to validate accuracy, performance, and reliability, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.

7. Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive technical documentation, user guides, and training materials to support solution deployment and end-user adoption.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Service Cloud Einstein AI implementation

• Experience with Nice-Cxone (Nice In Contact) telephony and integration with Service Cloud for Service Cloud voice transcribe
