Location: Greensboro (Charlotte), North Carolina.

 Local candidates preferred. 

 Must be able to be onsite 3 days a week at least.
$55-60/hr on c2c

:Microsoft Dynamics (APPS)-Customer Engagement- Functional-MsD-CRM / D365 CE OOTB Configuration Cust

 D365 CE/CRM Functional Consultant with implementation and deployment experience., Agile , SCRUM ,

 

 

Please read the JD – this is a Functional Consultant role – not a developer. The candidate must have:

 

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and processes.
• Conduct workshops and interviews to elicit requirements and document them comprehensively.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Design solutions that leverage standard functionalities of Dynamics 365 and identify areas requiring customization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex business processes and design appropriate solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) to manage projects efficiently.
