Position Overview:

We are currently looking for a resource with strong experience in Oracle Cloud PPM, Grants, and Awards implementation.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be client-presentable, and capable of leading discussions with both functional and technical teams.

 

Please note:

• Travel is needed based on project milestones (5 days a month) and Expenses are paid.
• Duration of the project is 3+ months and 40 hours per week.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle Cloud PPM and Grants Management modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into effective Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Configure Oracle Cloud modules including Project Financials, Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, and Grants Management.
• Manage project lifecycle activities integrated with the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, ensuring alignment with accounting and financial reporting requirements.
• Support data conversion, interface development, system testing, user training, and post-go-live activities.
• Offer expertise in the complete grant's lifecycle—from proposal creation to award setup, budgeting, fund distribution, and compliance.
• Facilitate CRP (Conference Room Pilot), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and deliver train-the-trainer sessions.
• Ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
• Work closely with technical teams to define integration points and reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications, system design documents, and configuration workbooks.
