Need 3 references from three different clients

Required: 

 

·        Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience conducting analysis designed to identify and recommend potential improvements/enhancements to business processes, and IT systems or processes to support business functions.

·        Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience developing As Is and To Be business process documentation.

·        Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience gathering, documenting, and managing functional and technical requirements.

·        Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience creating user documentation, reference or training materials, documenting system and process changes, and communicating information to end users about updates and changes to the system.

·        Must have a minimum of five (5) years of facilitating or overseeing system and user acceptance testing and capturing feedback to address issues identified during the testing process.

·        Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience developing technical documentation, including but not limited to process flows and hand-offs, system designs, system architecture diagrams, data flows, or application integration diagrams.
