Job Title: Delivery Manager / Technical Delivery Lead – Data Warehousing

Location: Tempe, AZ (Hybrid: 3–4 Days Onsite/Week)

Position Type: Contract (Short-Term)

Rate :$65/hr on c2c – can stretch couple of dollars

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager / Technical Delivery Lead with strong expertise in Data Warehousing and Cloud Data Platforms to oversee end-to-end delivery execution across complex data projects.

This role requires a delivery leader who bridges technical architecture and execution—someone who understands Snowflake/Databricks environments, manages cross-functional workstreams, and excels at Onsite/Offshore team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery Ownership: Drive end-to-end delivery, project scope, timelines, dependency management, and release readiness across cloud data warehousing initiatives.
• Global Team Coordination: Lead and manage distributed teams, seamlessly aligning onshore business goals with offshore engineering execution.
• Technical & Cost Oversight: Interface directly with data engineering teams on Snowflake/Databricks architecture, data pipeline deployments, and resource/cost optimization.
• Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical progress, risks, and blockers into clear executive updates for senior client leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Experience Level: 12–15+ years of total IT experience, with proven leadership as a Delivery Manager, Delivery Lead, or Technical Lead.
• Data Warehousing & Architecture: Hands-on technical background or deep delivery experience in Snowflake or Databricks (understanding Snowflake database architecture and cost optimization strategies is required).
• Global Delivery Model: Demonstrated track record leading large-scale Onsite/Offshore coordination models.
• Service Integrator Background: Prior experience working with Tier-1 IT services/consulting firms (Cognizant / CTS, Wipro, Infosys, TCS, Accenture, EPAM).
• Enterprise Client Experience: Direct project exposure delivering solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises (e.g., American Express / AMEX, Starbucks, or similar large-scale global brands).
• Location Flexibility: Ability to work onsite 3–4 days per week in Tempe, AZ.
