Must Have Skills
- Diversity Consultants required --US Citizenship required.
- 9+ years’ experience in Windchill Implementation Projects.
- Strong Windchill Implementation Knowledge and good understanding of Windchill Data Model (at least 3-5 years of Windchill PLM Customization experience)
- Strong in Windchill Solution Designing.
- Understand PLM Integration
Responsibilities
The focus of this role is on achieving results that are aligned with the larger picture of the organization and its strategic goals. Initiative, coupled with a sense of competitive drive and the ability to stay focused on results despite changing conditions, is the key to achieving the performance objectives of this job. Because environmental and organizational conditions change rapidly, the work involves innovation and creativity in generating ideas for quick response. Decision-making is focused on implementing practical, timely solutions.
- You will lead one or more work streams and the corresponding Services teams for consulting, implementation, deployment, and adoption.
- You will plan work streams and assign tasks to project members.
- You will review work stream deliverables to ensure that they are accurate and meet the defined quality.
- You will collaborate with the Program / Project Manager and provide reports about the work stream(s).
- You will represent teams in project governance activities: Provide risk assessment information and recommendations.
- You will lead the analysis, design, implementation, validation, and/or deployment of the extended PLM solution, leveraging best practices.
- You will lead the agile development and maintenance of client roadmaps and help the client in managing the enterprise architecture.
Knowledge and Abilities
- Assigns project tasks, including installing and configuring PTC software, customization, GUI development, testing, debugging, and deployment support to project team members.
- Provides input into the future software functionality, implementation methodology, and customization standards
- Reviews teamwork work products to ensure that they are accurate, consistent, and meet clients' requirements
- Strong PLM Domain knowledge
- Should have experience in CAD Data Management in Windchill with different CAD software like Creo, AutoCAD, etc.
- Have executed at least 3-5 implementation projects as Solution Architect
- Understand database systems.
- Knowledge of quality processes and their implementation.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of Windchill Product suites
- Strong communication skills

Services will focus on accelerating customer adoption of PTC’s industry leading Windchill® and Windchill+™ product lifecycle management (PLM) software in the cloud, Service Lifecycle Management (SLM), and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM). DxP Services and PTC will jointly create the tooling and methodologies required to accelerate adoption of SaaS for the PTC Windchill® ecosystem, along with the best practices and other assets
