Position1:
Title: PeopleSoft HR integration with IQN
Location: Minneapolis
Duration: 6-18 months
Responsibilities:
· This position is for a PeopleSoft HR integration with their IQN systems. This person will need to be a PeopleSoft HR functional SME to help gather requirements, create UAT and process/system documentation.
· Recognized as an expert and visionary in providing strategic business solutions to enterprise-wide technology initiatives.
· Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of the most complex, strategic, corporate-wide business problems to be solved with automated systems.
· Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements.
· Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes.
· Participates in transforming strategic enterprise architecture and design principles into specific system requirements and specifications.
· Recommends and initiates systems testing. Acts as the highest-level internal consultant within technology and business groups by re-engineering technical processes for greater efficiencies with significant impact to the business.
· Directs and serves as a mentor to less experienced staff.: 10+ years of experience in business systems analysis and/or design.
Ideal candidate to be a motivated self-starter with extensive skills in documenting requirements, analyzing risk, and evaluating business process.
· International experience (India/UK), PeopleSoft integration experience, and SaaS experience are necessary as this project will focus specifically on the launch of an international MRS (IQNavigator).

Position2:
Title: Business Systems Analyst Consultant
Location: Minneapolis
Duration: 6-18 months
· Looking for a very senior business systems analyst/consultant to work closely with our HR business and system teams as we work to convert a group of employees in Canada off their current HR system onto an undefined solution.
· Final resolution may be a mix of different solutions including other systems, manual, automated feeds etc. Concentration will be in the benefits area - with a special focus on handling our retirees in Canada who may be due pension, benefits, or other post-retirement offerings.
· This is a bit of an ambitious effort, and you will pair closely with the team to evaluate different options and select the best one for each of the impacted team members.
· Deliverables of this project will include a detailed business study of the different types of employee impacts, recommendations for archival of historical HR and payroll data from the old HR system in Canada (Accero), and implementation of the solutions prior to year-end, 2014.
· The best candidate will have good HR and benefits experience. While PeopleSoft and/or Accero are not required, they would be a definite plus.
· This will be a project that calls for someone who can work independently and sort through a lot of uncertainty to deliver a solid analysis of the situation and the recommended solutions.
· When this specific project is completed, the candidate will transition to other duties related to our ongoing international HR effort (exactitudes to be determined)
