Develop and maintain new and current JAVA and Oracle based applications. Write and modify application code based on requirement, enhancement and production issues. Collaborate development activities with other team members. Create technical specification as needed. Understand requirement to write efficient application code. Review application server issues and provide resolution.
Skills:
Senior JAVA consultant with 7 to 10 years of experience with complex, large scale application development and support using Java/JEE, HTML, JavaScript, JSP technologies, SQL, PL/SQL with Oracle backend required. Considerable experience with Struts1.2, Struts2, Spring, Web Services and ORM tool Hibernate and JPA is required. Knowledge and experience with Weblogic, jDeveloper, Oracle ADF, UNIX Shell Scripting and UML are strongly preferred. Experience creating technical design like class diagram and sequence diagram are strongly preferred. Should be able to translate functional requirement and ER diagrams/data model into technical design and application code. Must work as a team player, independently able to research and provide resolution for production support and an excellent communication skill is required.
Required Skills:
5+ years - JEE based Application development, Java, JSP, AJAX, JavaScript, HTML, Servlet, JDeveloper, Weblogic Application Server, application support and monitoring.
5+ years – Real time development with Struts1.2/Struts 2.0, Hibernate, Spring and JPA
4+ years – Translate functional requirement and ER diagrams/data model into application code
4+ years - Oracle 10g or higher, SQL writing and tuning, PL/SQL programming, Web Service development, XML file handling
3+ years – Writing technical design specification using UML sequence diagram and class diagram.
Desired Skills:
3+ Years - Oracle ADF and Oracle Application Server
2+ Years - Functional knowledge and experience working with Financial Accounting systems.
Required/Desired Skills
Complex large scale application development and integration using common framework approach. JEE/JAVA, Oracle and open source technology Required 7 Years
