Position: Project Manager Conversion

Location: Albany, NY

Duration: 24 Months

 

 

Job Description:

The mission of Grants Reform is to simplify and streamline the NYS grants process. This is being achieved through the implementation of the Grants Gateway which is a statewide Grant Management system which will be used by all NYS grants making agencies.

Performance of the following Project Management tasks:

·         Delegate, Coordinate, Track and Manage agencies' transition to the Grants Gateway.

·         Oversee the design, development, and implementation of a conversion template for agency contract data.

·         Oversee the development and implementation of an agency program implementation roadmap.

·         Perform extensive change management and support functions.

 

Candidates should have at least 84 months experience, and at least one of the following should apply:

·         Experience as the Lead Project manager overseeing projects comprised of multiple deliverables.

·         Experience developing and executing cutover plans with a focus on data conversion or business process reengineering and normalization

·         Experience providing change management support.

·         Experience with NYS contracts and/or SFS
