Position:Lab Support/IP Datacom Support

Location:Seattle,WA

Duration: 6 Months


Required Skills:
The lab consists of 3G/4G mobile nodes, high end routers and switches, firewalls, load balancers, Desktop &Unix servers
•Work on account creation activities and Level 1 resolution of tickets
•Responds to general support inquiries via phone, email, trouble ticket.
•Assigns project based tickets to appropriate party for implementation
•Resolves issues as assigned or directs to appropriate team
Hands on experience on installation, commissioning & configuration of routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls etc
•IGP Routing protocols such as OSPFv2, OSPFv3, ISIS, ISIS Multi-topology EIGRP etc.
•Multicast Routing Protocols such as PIM-SM, PIM-SSM, MSDP, PIM-BSR etc.
•EGP Routing protocols such as BGP & Multiprotocol BGP
