Looking for Oracle Data Warehouse Developer

Location: Albany, NY

Duration: 24-48 months

Rate: $DOE

 

 

We have a need for a Data Warehouse Developer for my most favorite client.

They need to have the skills below, AND  excellent communications skills. This is to replace a team that had been there nine (9) years!!!

 

Experience in a data warehouse setting as a developer utilizing an enterprise data warehouse with dependent data marts.

Experience using advanced Extract/Transform/Load techniques including bulk select, bulk insert, arrays, dynamic SQL and developing detailed incremental ETL processes.

Experience building, maintaining and optimizing Data Marts for efficient usage by applications and users for such tasks as reporting.

Experience in an Oracle Data Warehouse as a developer performing development work.

Experience using PL/SQL

Experience developing and testing maps in Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB) or Informatica, including data versioning techniques.

Experience recommending and developing reporting solutions using Cognos.
