Java Developer

Location :- charlotte, NC

Duration :- 12 months

 

Senior level java developer.  This person is responsible for application development and providing technical leadership for a variety of application development projects, small work efforts, and production support items. Works directly with business unit members and IT personnel to perform detailed system design, code and test new application components.  The immediate need for a Java Developer to join an exciting team. The ideal candidate will have been a part of a scrum team and used agile methodologies including test driven development. Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience with:

* Java (JSP, Servlet, POJO, Filter, JDBC, JMS) * Spring (MVC, Security, IOC, DI) * SQL (Oracle)

 

Responsibilities:

*           Collaborate on high level designs

*           Perform code reviews based on defined standards

*           Managing technical tasks within an Agile workflow

*           Monitor build status to ensure builds are passing and stable

 

Top 3-5 must have skills:

*           7 + yrs relevant experience

*           5+ yrs Java development experience with J2EE Framework components like JSP, EJB, JDBC, JMS and knowledge of their API Internals

*           5+ yrs experience with a variety of Web development tools and technologies

*           Experience with Selenium a plus.
