We are looking for Senior Consultant - Windows 7, XP to support world’s leader in providing IT consulting and software services to the finest global organizations client.

This is a Contract extendible Position based in Hartford (CT) 

 

Job Title: Senior Consultant - Windows 7, XP

Location: Hartford (CT) 

Duration: 06 Months Contract

 

Extension Possible:  6+ years

 

Job Description:

Drive completion of Windows 7 upgrade currently in progress. 

·         Partner with LOB partners to ensure successful closure of deployments and project objectives.

·         Drive outstanding infrastructure tasks across engineering and operations organizations.

·         Ensure successful enterprise project closure Planning and completion of Windows 7 upgrade and integration as part of acquisition project.

·         Drive application identification and rationalization of desktop and server applications.

·         Drive application remediation for desktop and server applications.

·         Map users to resource topology (desktop server applications, file and data shares, other backend dependencies).

·         Coordinate technical activity across engineering and operational areas
