Job Description

We are seeking a candidate with the ability to find talented candidates who possess a passion for personal and professional growth. This position will report to operational leadership.

Sales experience is preferred but not a must

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Be an active owner of the recruiting process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience while keeping hiring managers in the loop on progress
  • Drive the offer process, including generating offer letter, extending offers, and closing candidates
  • Act as an internally and externally-facing representative of Winning Edge
  • Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management
  • Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within Winning Edge's mission and values
  • Interview candidates within the framework of the position specifications. Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
  • Conduct phone and skype interviews
  • Propose and execute creative and effective recruiting methods to fulfill staffing needs for all relevant departments
  • Negotiate offers with candidates
  • Develop and manage the full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within several departments
  • Vetting and recommendation of job candidates to ensure that management is interviewing qualified candidates
  • Develop and track metrics
  • Ability to prioritize workflow and organize diverse material and ability to handle multiple, competing and changing priorities; ability to perform effectively without supervision and within established time limits and ongoing deadlines;
  • Ability to interact effectively and professionally, and provide exceptional service, both internally and externally at all times.
  • Build relationships with managers and vendors through Social media and cold calling across the United States in order to efficiently sell services to new clients and up sell existing clients
  • Tenaciously pursue leads and convert sales
  • Track leads and organize follow up tasks
  • Confidently prepare and conduct live and web based demonstrations
  • Produce and lead sales demonstrations for a wide range of clients
  • Work as a team to develop and raise all of our skills
  • Be an ambassador of Winning Edge at all times
  • Act as a resource to clients, assisting them with all areas of need
  • Consulting with customers, ascertaining their needs and answering their questions
  • Perform online demonstrations via Power Point & GoTo Meeting
  • Have a hunter mentality
  • 2 years of proven and preferably documented sales training
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of organizations
  • 4 - 7 yrs experience (MUST).
  • Should be able to meet monthly/Quarterly targets. Adhere to company policies and standards. 
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Excellent business development skills and ability to recruit and market professionals of any software skill set is required. 
  • He should have knowledge of contract terms such as Corp-to-Corp, Contract-W2, 1099, and other tax terms
  • Must have a PC/Laptop with High Speed Internet Connection
  • Other duties as assigned
