Senior Training and Documentation Consultant who has experience writing custom end user documentation for software, and must be written from scratch, not through a capture tool like UPK.

Proven experience teaching software training classes.

Must have excellent communication and writing skills.

Must be able to explain complex concepts in a nice and easy-to-understand way.

Be able to develop clear and professional-looking slide decks and materials for large group meetings.

Experience with MadCap Flare and Higher Education are pluses.
