Title: Production Support ERP Analyst

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Mason, Michigan

 

The Production Support ERP Analyst trouble shoots, analyzes and resolves incidents.  The Analyst will also supports new enhancements of business processes, and user needs and performs functional configuration and maintenance tasks for SAP systems according to operational and business needs.

 

Job Description

 

•             Provide functional support to users of SAP modules as needed and perform system configuration within the SAP modules.

•             Troubleshoot production system issues.

•             Perform analysis of business requirements, user needs and data, and processes including meeting with decision-makers, systems owners, developers, and end users to resolve incidents.

•             Support SD modules within SAP, including custom and standard SAP programs.

•             Work with vendors and internal parties to troubleshoot and fix inbound and outbound data interfaces.

•             Work closely with developers to debug program issues or changes for all types of development objects.

•             Work closely with users to perform UAT of incident resolutions.

•             Support modules within SAP, including custom developed programs and standard SAP delivered functions.

•             Provide day-to-day, occasional after hours and on-call application support as needed.

•             Guide business users and IT team members on SAP functionality and configuration.

•             Gather requirements for existing or new functionality and write documents specifications.

•             Work closely with other SAP functional teams to analyze and test the effect of system changes.

•             Establish time requirements for assignment completion and perform assignment with accurate results in the estimated time frame.

 

Skills & Experience

 

•             At least 7 years of experience within the following modules: OTC to include Order Management, Logistics Execution, Customer Invoice Management and Pricing skills

•             SAP production support work experience

•             Strong knowledge of how to configure in SD and apply SAP software solutions to solve business requirements

•             Strong verbal and written communication skills

•             Customer service orientation

•             Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
