Position: SQL Server Technical Lead 
Location: 12 Months
Duration: Louisville, KY

Technical/Functional Skills:  
SQL server 2014
High Volume OLTP processing
Migration experience from 2008 to 2014
Performance Tuning

Must Have Experience with: 
SQL server 2014
High Volume OLTP processing
Migration experience from 2008 to 2014
Performance Tuning

Experience Required: 8 – 10 Years

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Understand the features of 2008 and 2014 and make recommendations on application code changes to comply to 2014 version
2. Make performance changes to application
3. Work with DBA team to understand the 2014 conversion from 2008 and perform application code changes, testing and implementation.
Resource must be a self-starter, whom requires little guidance, and would need to be very confident in their ability to migrate from 2008 2014. Should work on POCs and recommend application code changes.    
Bachelor or Masters

SQL server 2014
High Volume OLTP processing
Migration experience from 2008 to 2014
Performance Tuning
