SAP ABAP Developer with BI/BW
Remote
3-6 months Contract
$60/hr c2c All Inclusive
· Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
· Extensive experience in SAP application development and with all phases of system development life cycle.
· Strong knowledge of procedural and object-oriented programming techniques.
· Extensive experience working with SAP BI Offerings that includes creation and enhancements of data flows in BW and HANA, performing complex analysis and configuration of the BW data environment to facilitate custom reporting and data analytics solutions for business, strong experience in design, development, troubleshooting and unit testing of backend components: ADSO, InfoObjects, Composite Providers, InfoSources/Data Sources, Master Data, Transformations, User exits, Transfer/Update Rules, Multiproviders and Process Chains.
· Strong BW related ABAP coding knowledge.
· Must have strong experience on BEx toolset (Analyzer, Query Designer) and BOBJ reporting.
· Must have good working experience on CDS Views, AMDP, Calculation Views, oData Services, and ABAP Proxies.
· Working knowledge of Data Integration Cloud Technologies like SAP CPI DS and SAP SAC is highly preferred.
· Project experience with Procure to Pay solutions like SAP Ariba, Coupa etc… is highly preferred.
· Experience with SAP ECC Integration with SAP Manufacturing and Execution module will be an added advantage.
· Basic experience and technical knowledge in ABAP RICEFW, OO ABAP, Reports, Module pool, Function Modules, RFC, Controls, BDC, LSMW, BAPI, BADI, ALE/IDoc, Workflow, Performance optimization tools, BSP and Webdynpro ABAP.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong written and oral communication skills and an open communication style.
· Strong execution skills with the ability to work efficiently and deliver quality results within standards to meet deadlines.
· Ability to deal with ambiguity, manage multiple priorities and meet stretch goals.
· Ability to work independently should be detail oriented and able to work in a team environment.
· Ability to effectively articulate and present complex concepts and ideas to senior IT management, functional and business teams.
What You Will Do
· Design, develop, implement and maintain SAP suite applications, internet-based applications and applications in other technologies.
· Resolve complex issues within own area of expertise and support others in resolving complex issues.
· Demonstrate a high level of quality, speed, reliability and efficiency while being able to work independently.
· Work closely together with other team members and proactively share expertise to ensure the team success.
· Provide support for and coordinate improvements and break / fix issues for the existing SAP suite of applications with an emphasis on SD, MM, FI and other modules as needed.
· Leverage best practices and provide guidance to use the same in SAP solution and service delivery.
· Effectively work with service providers, prioritize project deliverables, and determine implementation approaches.
· Ability to establish / maintain credibility and collaborative relationship with the business and functional resources.
· May design system architectures.
