ServiceNow Architect responsible for the overall architecture , design, implementation & integrity of the service now application.
This is not a developer role but a dev background for hands on implementing CSM will be required.
Candidate will be working with the onsite BA to provide solutions to the business units based on user stories.
Good Communication skills to manage the business side of discussions.
Understands database structure
